What does a session entail?
Each session begins with a warm and open conversation to understand your personal story, what you wish to change, and the goals you’d like to work towards. I will then gently guide you into a natural state of deep relaxation — similar to the moments just before falling asleep — where your body relaxes and your mind becomes calm, focused and receptive.
While in hypnosis, I use carefully structured therapeutic suggestions, always aligned with your values and personal intentions, to support the changes you seek. At no point will you lose control — quite the opposite. You remain aware, safe, and in charge throughout the entire process.
At the end of the session, we take a moment to reflect on what was experienced or noticed. Many people report feeling lighter, clearer, and more in control after just one session. Depending on your needs, a small number of sessions can often lead to profound and lasting change.
