Sound Therapy
What does the therapy involve and what are its main benefits?
Sound Therapy is based on the use of specific sound frequencies that act upon the physical, energetic and emotional body. In this approach, I use therapeutic tuning forks, precision instruments tuned to work on specific points of the body, chakras, joints or emotional patterns. The tuning forks are applied directly on the body or within the energy field, promoting a harmonising vibration that stimulates the body’s natural self-regulation.
In addition to tuning forks, I also incorporate Tibetan singing bowls, vocal sounds (chantings/mantras) and intuitive music, creating an immersive and deeply transformative sound environment.
The main benefits of Sound Therapy include:
-
Deep relaxation and release of accumulated stress;
-
Regulation of the nervous system and improved sleep;
-
Release of energetic and emotional blockages;
-
Relief of muscular pain, physical tension and fatigue;
-
Stimulation of mental clarity, focus and creativity;
-
Reconnection with the body, breath and presence in the here and now.
Sound works subtly but powerfully through vibration — touching layers where words often cannot reach.
Who can benefit from it?
Sound Therapy is suitable for anyone seeking to release tension, calm the mind, restore inner balance, and regulate the nervous system naturally and deeply. It is particularly beneficial for those living in a constant state of alertness, suffering from anxiety, insomnia, mental fatigue, muscular pain, or feeling energetically blocked.
This therapy is also ideal for those looking for deep relaxation, emotional release, reconnection with the body, and expansion of consciousness — even if they have no prior experience with vibrational therapies.
What does a session entail?
The session begins with a brief conversation to understand your current state, intentions or discomforts to work on. Then, you are invited to lie down comfortably, fully clothed, in a calm and welcoming space.
I start by applying the therapeutic tuning forks to selected points on the body or energy field in a precise and personalised way. Afterwards, I integrate soft sounds from Tibetan singing bowls, intuitive vocalisations (chantings, mantras) and, music, creating a unique soundscape for that session.
During the therapy, you may enter a state of deep relaxation, spontaneous meditation or emotional release — every experience is personal and valid. Some people feel internal vibrations, imagery, heightened emotions or simply a serene peace.
At the end of the session, there is space to share sensations, receive feedback and, if needed, suggestions to integrate the process between sessions.
